Healthy Habits is the practice of Jaelene Johnson, LMT - nearly 40 years of hands-on bodywork in Montana. She is board-certified in manual lymphatic drainage, bandaging, and compression garments, and was the first to bring lymphatic drainage training to Montana. Sessions include manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral and visceral work, gentle light-touch neuro-relaxation, Swedish and deep tissue massage, and a signature raindrop aromatherapy experience. Every session is fashioned to the individual - she reads the body to guide the work, and refers anything needing a physician's eyes to a physician. Appointments in Helena and periodically in Whitehall. Wellness services, not medical care.
