We are a group fitness studio specializing in barre, mat Pilates, rebounder classes, & yoga. With classes daily, you're sure to find a fitness class that works for you & your schedule. All ages, abilities, & experience are welcome at our fitness studio! Barre - Barre is a full body workout based loosely around a ballet barre, combining pilates and ballet to build strength and stamina. Pilates - Mat Pilates at our studio focuses on strengthening your core muscles, including hips, abdominals, shoulders, and glutes. Rebounding - Our bounce classes are a low-impact, high-energy cardio focused class. Yoga - We offer restorative yoga, hot yoga, mobility-focused, and specialty pop-up classes.

We specialize in teaching authentic classical pilates using the entire pilates system online of in person in Montana . Our studio is equipped with all the pilates apparatus- reformers, chairs ,barrels and cadillacs. Years of experience have helped us develop skills to work with all types of bodies. We help our clients meet their fitness goals.

Crossroads is a full-service health club with a diverse selection of group fitness classes, cardio equipment, and free weights. With an activity center for kids, Crossroads has something for every-BODY! Come try our racquetball courts, pool, or indoor track. With new ownership as of 2021, Stonetree Climbing Center in Helena, Montana is a community oriented space that uses indoor rock climbing as a vehicle to engage and empower life-long recreation interests. Our unique facility is an inclusive space for all ages to learn to climb, train for outdoor pursuits in the mountain west, and enjoy movement, adventure, and fun. We are a bouldering facility that offers a diverse array of youth programming, summer camps, fitness and strength classes, yoga, and technical climbing courses, both indoors and outdoors. We also offer birthday parties, group events, and have a small meeting space available to book.
