At RE Dance Studio, our goal is to provide affordable and quality dance classes while sharing the positive aspects of Latin culture. We create a welcoming and family-friendly environment to teach students of all ages. Whether you want private/group lessons for yourself, your child, or for a special event, REDS can do it all! We believe anyone can dance. This is why we offer unique dance experiences including specialized group dance classes of Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Technique, and Breakdance. We also added social dancing classes to the mix of teaching which includes Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbia, and basic partner dancing.

Cohesion Dance Project is a non-profit dance group that focuses on providing opportunities for all ages, all levels and all abilities to experience the joy of movement & dance.

We are a group fitness studio specializing in barre, mat Pilates, rebounder classes, & yoga. With classes daily, you're sure to find a fitness class that works for you & your schedule. All ages, abilities, & experience are welcome at our fitness studio! Barre - Barre is a full body workout based loosely around a ballet barre, combining pilates and ballet to build strength and stamina. Pilates - Mat Pilates at our studio focuses on strengthening your core muscles, including hips, abdominals, shoulders, and glutes. Rebounding - Our bounce classes are a low-impact, high-energy cardio focused class. Yoga - We offer restorative yoga, hot yoga, mobility-focused, and specialty pop-up classes.

We specialize in teaching authentic classical pilates using the entire pilates system online of in person in Montana . Our studio is equipped with all the pilates apparatus- reformers, chairs ,barrels and cadillacs. Years of experience have helped us develop skills to work with all types of bodies. We help our clients meet their fitness goals.
