The studio is owned & operated by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, & weight-loss coach with years of experience in health & fitness. Programs are individualized to meet your needs & help YOU achieve your goals in a supportive, enjoyable environment. Training offered virtually as well as in one-on-one personal training sessions in a private gym setting. Training appointments are made in advance with an extended schedule available. Hot Yoga Helena is Helena’s original Hot Yoga studio. All of our classes are heated.Power, Classic and Vinyasa Yoga classes are 98 degrees, StrongBody classes (weights/high intensity) are 92 degrees and Restorative and Yin classes are 105 degrees. We use FarInFrared heat, not forced air, have the BEST flooring and a gorgeous and energizing studio! Our instructors are highly educated. You will be met where you are. We encourage anyone to attend ANY class. We love HOT yoga and can’t wait to share it with you!
